The tactics of the Netherlands is something i do not understand. To play from the back with these wing back players is impossible to do. And to not change anything after 2-0 is something I can’t comprehend. This is a tournament. You have to go for results. Poor poor job coaching.

Never stuff around in front of goal , thats the golden rule , but still a lot of teams do exactly that.

France was the better team but their goalkeeper killed them. Nigeria was good but they lack efficacy in front. Netherlands was pretty good but their coach must be crazy I don’t understand how she asked the players to start from the back when it was evident that they did not have that type of players in the team.

I attended several games and I have seen practically all of them and I can say that the final (Japan vs Spain); it is well deserved, Spain is the best team and Japan has the team with the highest individual quality, the other teams like the Netherlands, Brazil, Mexico, France, had a good team but they were never able to take the ball from the finalist teams and they attacked very poorly; very good final and I’m going with Japan because seeing them play is the best thing about this world cup

Exactly thesame errors that sent the real favorites Nigeria home…don’t play around your goal area,,clear the ball simple

Instead of playing with enthusiasm, creativity, surprise, Netherlands is stuck in a system, even when 0 – 2 down. Lighten up. Loosen up and let the girls play with their own initiative.

@The two peaks leading up to the final were a battle of power and speed vs. technique and organization, and the team that had the technique and organization on both sides won. It may be a reference for the future direction of women’s soccer.

Unbelievable.
Stuff around in your own penalty box & give away a goal, then nearly do it a second time.

After 20 minutes 1-0 Spain I stopped watching. Never seen such bad playing from the Dutchies. Very bad passing. Every pass ends up in Spanish feet. Ridiculous.
